Miracle Movers

Beware of this company; "Miracle Movers". I own a rental property in Port St John FL. My brother and his wife were renting this property from me. Miracle Movers were hired to move a few large pieces of furniture out of this home to a condo in Titusville that they had purchased. Miracle Movers had difficulty in moving the couches through the front door and damaged the thin steel foam core door as in denting and scraping the outside of the door (see photo).

My brother and his wife pointed out to the movers what they did to the entrance door and they acknowledged it. My brother sent pictures of the damage to the door immediately to myself and a person I assume, that runs the company. We'll call him Kelly. "Kelly" texted me today and stated; that no way did his movers do this kind of damage to my entrance door and is completely denying that his company was involved. He also stated that this was old previous damage.

I find "Miracle Movers" in Cocoa Florida, to not be a trustworthy company so beware of your choice of movers that you hire!

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $850

When you hire movers you have to hire trustworthy individuals who care for your things. The guys who arrived were really nice and took the time to evaluate the move with fragiles, boxes and my piano. They were clear with any additional costs that I may incur and went through their method of organization thoroughly. I've used them once before about a year ago and they have been great to work with.

Everything went well with this transaction and I will recommend Miracle Movers to my family and friends.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $1200

"I would like to share with you the fact that, in line with our claims policy, Our movers cannot be responsible for damage to simulated wood, particle board, or pressed board furniture. This type of material is structurally weak and is not repairable, so as a result, our movers cannot be held liable for such type of damage."

Just a small extract from a recent email sent to me by the moving company we used. We had a practically new dresser and after the move the leg simply fell off and they're blaming it on particle board/cheap furniture. So in other words sure we'll move your stuff, sure we have insurance. No the insurance doesn't apply to most furniture made today unless it's solid wood because we covered our butt with this policy which we didn't share with you before you accepted our services.

I would like to post some positive feedback in relation to our office relocation. You were pompt and efficient at the pre-move stage and have friendly and knowledgeable advisers on call. Your movers delivered a knowledgeable and efficient method to our assignment. They were easy to work with and nothing seemed to much trouble. The way they shifted two of our fireproof cabinets which we worried about was nothing short of herculean. So thank you to everyone at Miracle for looking after us in the best possible way.

I contacted Miracle Movers online to get a quote and their response was very quick.I called other places and they were the best priced for moving a 2 bedroom apartment.On moving day Saturday Feb 28th Oleah and Andrew were ready to go, the day was sunny but still cold .I felt bad that the amount of snow that had fallen before would not allow them to bring the truck around to my patio door as planned which meant there was 8 stairs to go up and down now.They were a pleasure to work with very professional and funny.They handled my belongings very carefully.I will use their services for the next time I have to move.I would recommend Mircale Movers to anyone that I know will be needing movers.Good job guys..

I just moved with Miracle Movers from Toronto to Vermont! this is the first time I am leaving my parent's house and moving to a different province! renting a u-haul truck was not an option for me. I had too many stuff to move. So I should say - moving is very Crazy process. I thought I have organized everything in a right way, but after a few days of packing I totally forgot what was inside of each box. So I needed to repack and label each boxe. About the moving team, it was two guys, friendly, quick and careful. They loaded a bedroom and living room set and all boxes in one hour and half. The estimated delivery time was 10-14 days. Yesterday the truck arrived with all my belongings. I was so happy that there were no damages! The price was very reasonable and there was no extra charges! Thank you for the fair deal and great job! I do recommend your service to my friends!

Many factors influenced me to write a positive review. The whole move went very smooth, it was my best moving experience. I booked Miracle Movers 3 weeks prior the move. They provided detailed moving quote and moving contract. When movers arrived, they worked very careful with my possessions, I felt that they care. It is very important when you moving. From the beginning I explained about everything what is important from my point of view, then they started loading everything. All my belongings arrived on time, there were no damages at all. What I liked the most I that movers unload everything and placed in different rooms, just like I asked. I'm very happy with my moving team. Great guys! I think the company is very lucky to have this guys! .

I was referred to Miracle Movers by my best friend who moved with them in June 2014. We hired them to move us from Woodbridge ON to our new condo in Montreal last week. We called Miracle Movers only few days before the moving day and were very excited to know they can accommodate our move on such a short notice. It was such a relief when we received booking confirmation and a phone call from sales rep. We moved a lot of furniture: the entire kitchen, a whole dining and living room set, full bedroom sets and so on and so forth. So the 20 ft truck was fully packed. Thanks to our lego-brain movers they used every single inch of space. Bravo! Nice job. The furniture arrived in the same conditions, same with the boxes. No damages was detected. Thanks to Miracle Movers we had a very positive moving experience. Of course I will recommend Miracle Movers to anyone I know. This team is a very professional movers.

Miracle Movers helped me to move my stuff from North York, ON to Oakville,ON. It was a small move and complicated at the same time. Though I lived on the second floor in a building without an elevator, stairs to my apartment were not as wide as I wished it would be. I thought that it`ll be too complicated to move my furniture, though it was just pretty heavy 3 seat sofa and an ottoman. Complicated, but not for you, guys. I was so impressed how quickly and easy they took my sofa outside.Also as far as don`t know how to pack all in boxes, at the end of my so-called "packing" each box became fragile. movers put everything into the truck so professional as I thought that even the tornado wouldn`t break anything. I was so pleased with your job that I called after that to organize move for my mom. She knows how to pack everything and was too worried about every item that was moving. This time I was impressed by the infinite patience of your movers. Dear Miracle Movers, I just want to say thanks for the job you did. I will be moving in the middle of the April 2015 so I`ll be glad if you`ll help me with that!

Miracle Movers moved our small 2 bedrooms apartment a couple days ago. It was a great pleasure to work with these movers! Alex and Roman did a good job.  They moved me in about 4 hours, including 2 hours loading and 2 hours for unloading. Although the price was the best I could find, the value of the services received was more than I paid for! Also I requested installing the furniture, so this team came back next day and installed all the furniture! It was a great help! Thank you once again for amazing service and best deal!

It was my 2nd time moving with Miracle Movers. I already used this company last year when I moved from Ottawa to Kingston. This time I moved from Kingston to Maple. The moving team arrived a bit earlier than last time. It was a very cold morning, but movers worked as quick as they could! The loading time was about 1 hour and 20 minutes, travel time was about 9 hours. Total move took about 12 hours and it was Same Day Move! I didn't pay extra for express moving, that is the way they work! Miracle Movers does Miracle! Thank you!

The best long distance moving experience that I ever had so far!! We used Miracle Movers for our move from Regina to Toronto. The customer service was wonderful. The representative that came to our house was very helpful with all of our questions and concerns. We told him the tight budget we had and he did everything to accommodate us. I have to say I would tell everybody moving from Regina or even moving somewhere in Vancouver to call Miracle Movers. We had a great experience all the way around. The movers were very professional and careful with all our furniture. We were very impressed with their packing service and we couldn't have been happier!! Thank you Miracle Movers for the perfect move.

Wasn't impressed with them at all. I booked 3 weeks in advance, and was confirmed for moving Saturday at 2pm. - That Saturday at 2:05pm they called and said they weren't going to be able to make it until Sunday!! They didn't give any reason, until I called back upset. Then they promised to be there Sunday at 9am, and arrived at 9:30am. When I was frustrated and asked for a discount, the moving guy didn't even know why I was upset. According to him, the company only called him Saturday night and said it was a last minute move.   They made it stressful and extremely unpleasant. - Stay away! The price you save isn't worth the stress!

We were moving our daughter and husband out of their apartment to their new home and decided to use a moving company after extensive research we decided on Miracle Movers. There salesperson Julia was very knowledgable and was able to answer all our questions. The movers arrived right on time and started right away. They were very professional, courteous and treated our goods as their own. We were very impressed with the moving company and would recommend it anyone who are looking at moving.

Let me express my indignation regarding moving company named Miracle Movers. We hired them for Christmas Eve to move our 3 bedroom house. To start with, these are the most unscrupulous and irresponsible service people I've ever met. We were happy to find movers who would be able to work on holiday. As I said we need them for 24 of December, on Christmas Eve. We packed our stuff and were awaiting for the truck and the crew to help us load and move our things. The crew came on time but you should see in what condition! We had feeling that these people started the party before the Christmas Eve and brought the smell of whiskey to the work! More than that, I saw the driver drinking beer and smoking in the truck!! It was so unprofessional and terrible! All my stuff smelt of cigarettes! My husband was ready to terminate the contract right on the spot, but we decided to give them a chance. That was another bad idea. The driver wanted to move the truck back and damaged our garage roof! This was the limit of patience and we started to argue and you know, I don't remember to be so humiliated by people, like this time! The end of this story is that this "Miracle" mover moved us and made our holiday a nightmare. Their office doesn't reply to our calls. We expected to talk with their owner, but apparently there are some more important things rather than clients in his life.
